Ken Evans
Community Programs AdvisorM.Y.S. Firm
Ken Evans has over 35 years of design, construction management, project management, managerial and leadership experience in the engineering and construction industry and as an Air Force Officer. He serves as M.Y.S. Firm’s community programs advisor, responsible for strategic partnership development, client consultation, program design, and government relations. In this role, Ken works internally and externally to advise on community strategies and has been instrumental in marketing the Diversity Certified program to the community.

David Eclips

ACDBE/DBE Liaison OfficerHarry Reid International Airport
As the DBE Liaison Officer, David works closely with local, small, women and minority owned businesses. He conducts and participates in outreach sessions, mentoring and training programs, and assists firms interested in DBE certification. David is currently the Chairman of the Nevada Unified Certification Program (NUCP), Chairman for the Committed to Our Business Community (CTOBC), and a member of the Clark County Business Development Advisory Council (BDAC).

The Nevada Capital Readiness Program is an economic development initiative borne from the joint efforts of the member organizations of the Silver State Nevada Capital Readiness Consortium. Our mission is to increase economic inclusion and empowerment in the Nevada region by providing customized analysis, resources, and funding to accelerate the growth of scalable socially and economically disadvantaged (SEDI)-owned businesses.
