Financial Strategy for Small Business Owners
Financial Strategy for Small Business Owners is a practical, virtual workshop designed to help entrepreneurs better understand the financial side of running and growing a successful business. Whether you are just starting out or looking to strengthen an existing business, this session will provide easy-to-understand strategies for making informed financial decisions, improving profitability, and planning for long-term success. Participants will learn how to use financial information as a management tool rather than simply a reporting requirement.
During this interactive workshop, attendees will explore topics such as setting financial goals, understanding key financial statements, managing cash flow, monitoring business performance through financial metrics, budgeting and forecasting, and preparing for future financing opportunities. Participants will leave with practical tools and actionable strategies they can begin implementing immediately to improve the financial health and sustainability of their business.
