SUMMARY:The SBA's Federal Government-Level Mentor-Protege Program (MPP)
DESCRIPTION:The virtual presentation\, which is presented at no charge\, is designed for Nevada for-profit businesses\, especially the small businesses\, that are interested in selling their goods and/or services in the public sector (or government-related sector). Within the Nevada Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GOED)\, State of Nevada\, the APEX Accelerator [formerly known as the Nevada Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC)] provides free government-related procurement technical assistance to established Nevada for-profit businesses. The said name change is effective as of December 2022 based on the program being elevated from the Defense Logistics Agency to the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition & Sustainment/U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) Office of Small Business Programs. A variety of webpages and e-materials and so on\, will be changed to show the modified name over time. Aside from webinars\, the APEX Accelerator [formerly known as the Nevada Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC)] provides other no-charge service offerings to its official clients who have been accepted into the program after completing a Client Questionnaire Form for consideration.
