He conducts and participates in outreach sessions\, mentoring and training programs\, and assists firms interested in DBE certification. David is currently the Chairman of the Nevada Unified Certification Program (NUCP)\, Chairman for the Committed to Our Business Community (CTOBC)\, and a member of the Clark County Business Development Advisory Council (BDAC).
