SUMMARY:Nevada Lithium Circular Economy Conference
DESCRIPTION:Take part in advancing the collaborative efforts across our region to create an innovation ecosystem and boost inclusive economic growth. \nJoin us for two days of conversation and collaboration focused on the Lithium Circular Economy in Nevada — a complete lithium supply chain\, from resource management of critical materials\, to the rejuvenation\, repurposing\, and recycling of lithium batteries\, and to the reinvention of the future generations of batteries. \nThe agenda will include panel discussions on trends in battery technology\, workforce and economic development\, and the future needs for a successful lithium circular economy. Speakers will include experts in innovation ecosystems\, members of experienced research alliances\, and individuals from key Nevada organizations and agencies. Breakout groups will give attendees an opportunity to learn what the key stakeholders have already been working on\, and to give input and feedback to expand ideas. \nThis conference is made possible by the National Science Foundation Engines Development Type-1 Award Number 2305697 issued to the University of Nevada\, Reno. \nTravel support is available for eligible attendees. Please complete your registration and note your interest in travel support. A conference team member will reach out to you directly.
